At the Raven Open, Rance took home the coveted Blue Blazer and cashed in his amateur status with his bachelor party after the golf. 
An attempt to tour Scotland, thus giving Moray another chance to lose, fell through in October.  Not enough interest.  Indeed not enough interest in anything describes much of 1990 & 1991.  A difficult transition in the club caused by retirements and lack of interest made many observers think the club might fold.  
Mike Andrew was elected as president of CARFU, marking the first, and only, time Rockford has had a representative of such stature.
