High School Dues
Why are dues and CIPP necessary? CIPP is a once a year expense that supports USA Rugby's & Rugby Illinois. Both provide governance, structure, and RI supports the all state team (the Tornados) and state playoffs. Dues are charged based on the season. The dues support the Forest City Rugby Union (FCRU) youth programs. The FCRU is a 501c3 not for profit group and all dues are tax deductable. Dues to the FCRU provide for field rental & setup, uniforms, balls, game referees, trainers, and post game socials. Since the fall season is festival based with only one home game, the dues in the fall are much lower.
